Who is responsible?

What we collect and why

When you submit our form, we receive your name, company, email address, message and any phone number or messenger contact you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, arrange a conversation and discuss the services you requested. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where applicable. For enquiries made on behalf of a company and other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and managing business relationships.

Our hosting and delivery providers may also process technical information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect their services. This is separate from the details you type into the form.

Who receives your information

The form sends your submission to FormSubmit, which delivers it to our business email at gv@altmacros.com. Our email provider processes the resulting correspondence. The website is hosted on OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure involved in delivery and security.

These services have their own privacy information: FormSubmit (PDF), OpenAI and Cloudflare. Their processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give permission for unrelated marketing. We do not use this form for automated decisions or profiling.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence: handling an open enquiry, following up on a requested proposal or maintaining an ongoing business relationship. Information needed for a contract, a legal obligation or a legal claim may need to be retained longer. Contact us to ask about the retention of your particular enquiry or to request deletion.

Cookies and tracking

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics or advertising. We have not added Google Analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social media trackers.

Hosting and security services may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms. FormSubmit is contacted when you send the form; its privacy notice describes its use of cookies. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy and cookie practices.

You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary technical cookies can affect website functions. If we add tracking that requires consent, we will provide a choice before it starts and a way to withdraw that consent.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
